Step by step

  1. Request a consultation — online or by phone; the hospital team confirms availability.
  2. Registration — hospital registration and review of any previous records you bring.
  3. Examination — vision testing and a careful eye examination; dilation and imaging when clinically required.
  4. Explanation — Dr. Neha Mohan explains findings, urgency and options in plain language.
  5. Decision — observation, medical treatment, laser, injection, surgery, referral or coordinated care, as relevant.
  6. Planning — informed consent and scheduling for any agreed treatment.
  7. Recovery & follow-up — written guidance, warning signs and planned reviews.

Sensible preparation (not requirements)

  • Current spectacles and any previous eye reports, scans or operation notes
  • A list of medicines and allergies; recent diabetes or blood-pressure readings if relevant
  • A responsible companion if dilation or a procedure may affect your travel home

Come even if you cannot organise everything — the team will work with what you have.
